Generic Bonus terms and conditions (Applies to all bonuses / promotions)
  1. Players must meet, or exceed wagering requirements before processing a withdrawal.
  2. Doubling up on any game at the casino will not count towards your wagering requirements.
  3. "Doubling up" is defined as betting more than 50% of your entire deposit + bonus on a single outcome or bet.
  4. Promotions offered to members of the casino may not be redeemed for cash immediately following the promotion itself being advanced to the account holder.
  5. No withdrawal will be honored until a deposit of at least $25 has been made. This is for identity verification purposes.
Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to, and are binding to you if you participate at the casino.

These Terms and Conditions replace any pre-existing Terms and Conditions displayed on, or available via this website.

Bonne Chance NV is a company incorporated, licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino.

Definitions

" We ”, “ us ”, ” our ", “ The site ” and “ The Casino ” means Irish Luck Casino, operators of the Casino Website and/or its group companies.

"you", "the customer", "the player, "player" , refers to the other party to the contract formed by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

" Account " means a unique Account that has been created and issued by the Casino.

" Agreement " means these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit ” and “ Deposits ” means funds transferred by players to their real money gaming account.

Withdrawal ” and “ Cash-in ” mean removing funds from the player account at the casino.

" Guest Player " means a Player who utilizes the free casino credits with no monetary value to place wagers at the Casino.

" Real Player " means a Player who utilizes his/her own money to place wagers at the Casino.

" Dormant Account " means an Account that has been inactive (has not made any wagers) for a period of 180 days or more.

" Dormant Player " means a Player who has a Dormant Account.

" Player / s " mean(s) a Real Player and/or a Guest Player and/or a Dormant Player and/or a Closed Account Player.

" Software " means any software owned by or licensed to us that must be downloaded in order for you to participate at the Casino and/or any Flash Games versions of the software that do not need to be downloaded.

" Charge-back " means when you, or a credit card issuing bank, or any other third party payment solutions provider effects a reversal of charges in relation to your credit card or third party deposit transaction. A charge back occurs when a customer disputes a credit card sale.

" Your Jurisdiction " means the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, reside or work.

Wager ”or “ bet ”, means to risk money on the outcome of an event, or to risk money on the correct prediction of an outcome.

" Play " and “ Participate ” means participation in the activities and games of the casino. This is defined as, without limitation, any of the acts described below, visiting the Casino Website and/or playing any games offered by the Casino at the Casino and/or utilizing the Casino and/or Casino Website and/or the Software in any manner whatsoever.

Legal age ” means 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age the jurisdiction of the player.

 

1. General

1.1. By downloading and installing the software, the player is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Only One Real Account per player. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

1.3. While the Casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use Players' Country, First name, and account numbers in any Casino announcement about promotion results.

1.4. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino Manager will be considered full and final. No further correspondence will be entered into.

1.5. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to others.

1.6. You may only participate in any gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting or calling. You must understand and accept that we are unable to provide you any legal advice or assurances.

1.7. We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

1.8. Play is for entertainment value only. No purchase is necessary or required to Play and you may participate without betting money if you wish. Any Play is at your sole option, discretion and risk and by doing so, you acknowledge that you do not find the Play or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

1.9. Where currency is not mentioned in these terms and conditions, the applicable currency will be the currency in which the player has made their deposit(s).

1.10. All times noted in promotion terms, game play logs and websites are Eastern Standard Time (GMT -4).

 

2. Registration

2.1. Players must first register with The Casino before being able to become a casino Player.

2.2. It is the responsibility of each Player:

2.2.1. When registering to provide The Casino with their true and correct details on the site registrations form.

2.2.2. Notify The Casino immediately on any change of their registration details.

2.2.3. All Players must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction in order to be eligible for registration with The Casino, to play as a Real or Guest Player, and to qualify for any prizes. The placement of any bets by minors is an offence. The giving of any false particulars to The Casino in relation to age, name and address also constitutes an offence.

2.2.4. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure - before signing up at the casino and agreeing to these terms and conditions- that they are not violating any rules in the jurisdiction in which they live.

2.2.5. The Player agrees that he or she will not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any prize, or participate in the Games. The Player is solely responsible for the security of his or her password.

2.2.6. Should the player have any knowledge of any unauthorized usage of the player's account and/or password by someone else the player shall contact The Casino immediately and change their password.

2.2.7. The Player further agrees that placing a check-mark in the "Remember Password" option on the Casino Logon window when connecting to the Casino system, he/she indemnifies and holds harmless the Casino against any third person accessing and using the account.

2.2.8. Where minors have access to the Player's computer, the Player undertakes to install or have installed a Child Protection & Internet Content Filter. Two recommended software packages are Cyber Patrol and Net Nanny.

2.2.9. A player found to be registered with an inappropriate or offensive name or, having submitted false or misleading registration details at the Site may be suspended and/or excluded from further play. If the account is suspended The Casino at its discretion may close the account permanently and remove it from any such competition/s and deny any payments due.

2.2.10. A player agrees to receive any email correspondence from The Casino upon downloading the casino games, unless the player advises the casino otherwise.

2.2.11. By providing their email address during registration, the player agrees to receive promotional email from the casino.

2.2.12. A player authorises the Casino to confirm the accuracy of the information they have submitted, at any stage, against government-issued ID.

2.2.13. A player hereby authorises the Casino and designated agents, to conduct any additional verification checks which could assist the Casino in confirming the player's identity, age and/or accuracy of information submitted to the Casino by the player.

2.2.14. Residents of the following countries are unable to play at the Casino - Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belarussia, Cyprus, Estonia, Herzegovina, Indonesia, Israel, Kosova, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, Pakistan, Serbia, Turkey, Netherlands Antilles.

3. Player Limits

3.1. A default deposit limit will be imposed on all transactions made via credit card or any variation of debit. This will include a transaction limit, a daily limit and a monthly limit

3.2. Initial bets made may be subject to Maximum Bet Limits until play history can be verified.  This condition is put in place to help reduce bonus abuse.

4. Player Information

4.1. The Casino customer information policy is that any sensitive Player information disclosed by the Player to The Casino will not be sold or distributed to a third party. Sensitive Information may include: Players full name, Address, Email Address, Date of Birth, Account and credit card details and any details recorded on identification documentation. However, if we deem that there are some suspicious activities we have right to give player information to authorised third parties such as police.

4.2. The casino reserves the right to audit any member’s account including withdrawals and deposits made by that member.

5. Competitions & Promotions

5.1. The Casino may promote its Internet gaming service via Competitions, to which entrants must be at least 18 years of age, or legal gambling age in their country.

5.2. Players taking part in competition and promotions accept the Terms and Conditions and the Prevailing Rules.

5.3. The Casino will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the winning Player that may result in a Player not receiving their prize.

5.4. The Casino has the right to withhold any prize from a Player if:

5.4.1. If the Player's registration details are false or misleading.

5.4.2. There is reason to believe that the result of the game has been affected by an illegal activity.

5.5. All winning players will be notified of their competition result. Prizes may not be awarded until the player has supplied proof of age and current address details have been confirmed.

5.6. The Casino will credit prizes from the competition to a player's casino account within a maximum of Seventy two (72) hour of the end of the competition.

5.7. At any time of a competition players may be required to provide proof of age and address if requested by The Casino. If proof of age or address is not supplied after a formal request by The Casino within 7 days that account may be suspended until such proof is provided and the winnings retained.

5.8. The Casino has the right to request identification to verify the player's age and address details. If these details are not received then The Casino has the right to withhold any prize that has been won by the player.

5.9. Unless specifically stated otherwise, one account can only win one prize in the same competition.

5.10. It is a condition of registration and competition that all winning participants consent to the publication of their first name and initial of last name, State, Country, and further information in reference to the type of competition and how they won in various forms of media as requested by The Casino.

5.11. In the event that a competition ceases, due to a system failure or any other unforeseen reason the following will occur. The failure will attempt to be remedied prior to the closure of the competition. The competition will continue until the scheduled closing date.

5.12. No extension to the closing date will occur. In the event that the situation is unable to be remedied prior to the closing date the last record of the players guest account balances will be the official record and winners will be determined according to that list.

5.13. In the case of a dispute, where the casino has reviewed the evidence and made a decision, the decisions of The Casino are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.14. Employees of The Casino are not eligible to participate in any such Competitions.

5.15. Players are advised to read the terms and conditions associated with each competition. The Casino reserves the right to limit one entry per person in any such competition.

5.16. Any players who participate in any competitions or promotions are bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in the standard IRISH LUCK CASINO terms.

5.17. If you participate in a Casino promotion you are required to fulfill the requirements of that particular promotion before affecting a withdrawal.

5.18. Players who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions for a promotion will forfeit their bonus.

5.19. All promotions offered by the casino are only valid for the period specified in the promotional offer itself which is posted on the casino website and/or any other communication provided by the casino itself

5.20. If a withdrawal is made prior to the bonus being credited to the players account, then the bonus will be forfeited.

5.21. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, promotions are limited to one per account, person, email address, and/or computer.

5.22. Promotional terms and conditions with regards to when the promotion is available, wagering requirements, bet limits, and any additional information is available in the casino cashier. 6. Minimum Purchase

6.1. The minimum deposit 20 credits, in either Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP). IE, £20, €20 or $20.

6.2. Unless stated otherwise in the terms of a promotion, the minimum eligible purchase for a bonus is 20 credits, in either Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP).

7. Exclusions

7.1. A Player may request to be excluded from the Site at anytime

7.2. The Casino may in its absolute discretion permanently exclude a Player from the Site, and pay the balance of the Players' account to the Player.

7.3. In the event of a Player's death, the balance of the players’ account or any prizes arising from entry into a competition will automatically form part of the deceased player’s estate. The Casino will request the claimant to supply proof of entitlement.

7.4. The Casino will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player that may result in a Player not receiving their withdrawn funds.

7.5. The Casino may place a stop payment on any check that is to be issued to a Player or temporarily place a block on a Player's account if it considers that payment of the check or continuance of the account is affected by suspicious activity illegality or constitutes an offence at law.

7.6. The Casino will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player that may result in a Player not receiving their withdrawn funds.

7.7. It is the responsibility of each Player to keep their personal Account Number/Login ID and Password confidential. The Casino is not liable for a Player's account that has been used without the authority of the registered player, as a result of disclosing their Account Number/Login ID and Password.

8. Winnings

8.1. Winnings are subject to The Casino verification procedures before payment. The Casino may charge a nominal fee for check handling.

8.2. The Casino will, at their discretion, request identification from a player to ensure validity of registration details before winnings will be paid.

8.3. If a Player has not made a deposit prior to claiming a win, and uses Free Credits only to obtain a win, then the maximum cash-in amount that can be collected is $/€/£ 250.

8.4. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is USD $1000.

8.5. Maximum withdrawal by any one player is USD $2000 per day.

8.6. Maximum withdrawal by any one player is USD $4000 per calendar week.

.8.7. The above withdrawal limits may be manually overridden on a case-by-case basis. Players are required to contact the VIP manager via email at Contact us.

8.8. The casino will attempted to send winnings back via the purchase method where possible. Failing this the Casino will send winnings back via the player payment preference.

8.9. A Player wishing to withdraw funds from their Player's account must advise of the address to which the funds are to be forwarded.

11. Disputes

11.1. All Casino games and activities are conducted under Government approval. All Players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands Antilles in respect of all matters or things arising in respect of this The Casino Players Charter and their use of the Site.

11.2. Any issues that cannot be resolved by The Casino may be forwarded through to the Netherlands Antilles Department of Justice for their investigation. The Netherlands Antilles Department of Justice decision is to be seen as final.

11.3. If a claim for a prize or gaming win is made by the claimant before 6 Months after the end of the game, The Casino will immediately attempt to resolve the claim.

12. Site Content

12.1. All content on the Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. Players must not use the Site to deal in securities or conduct any business or illegal activity.

12.2. Content on the Site is not to be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of The Casino. The Casino owns the copyright in all content on the Site.

12.3. The Casino has the right to make changes to the content of the site and all Terms and Conditions contained within this site, without prior warning or notification.

12.4. While considerable care has been taken in compiling and updating content on the Site, The Casino does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. To the magnitude permitted by law The Casino excludes all warranties in relation to the content and is not liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense incurred by any person using the Site.

13. Independent Links

13.1. The Casino site contains links to other sites not operated by The Casino. The Casino does not control those sites and cannot be held responsible for their content. Providing such links does not indicate support of any goods, services or content on those sites.

13.2. The Casino will not be liable to any person for any goods, services or content which may be purchased or accessed through the Site except where supplied by The Casino.

14. Suspended Accounts

14.1. The Casino reserves the right to suspend a player's account indefinitely if any of these Terms or Conditions are breached.

15. Dormant Accounts

15.1. A Player's account(s) (Casino and/or Loyalty) that have not been accessed for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days are considered to be a dormant account(s).

15.2. The one hundred and eighty (180) day period is counted from the date the player last logged into his or her casino account.

15.3. The Casino will notify the account holder by e-mail once the account has been dormant for one hundred and sixty five (165) days, advising them that the casino account(s) will soon become dormant. No notification shall be given for a Loyalty account.

15.4. The account holder will have fifteen (15) days to access his or her casino account and loyalty account and claim any remaining balance(s).

15.5. All dormant accounts are considered closed, and the balance of a Player's account will be removed by the Casino from the casino account. The Player is entitled to apply to have these funds returned to them if application occurs within five years of the date on which the account becomes dormant.

16. Security and Data Retention

16.1. We are committed to the security of all personal details entered onto our Casino and employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for as long as the law requires.

16.2. Our systems are rigorously tested and have been developed with encryption software and secure socket layer technology. All banking details and transactions are also protected by firewalls with a view to ensuring the security of all personal information and your complete peace of mind.

16.3. Your Debit/Credit card number will be stored in an encrypted form. We do not store CVV/VBV information. This information is only used for payment processing and identity verification purposes.

16.4. Our employees do NOT have access to your full Debit/Credit Card details.

17. Software Download

17.1. The Casino cannot and does not guarantee that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of viruses, or other codes that may corrupt or destruct properties. The player is responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

18. Indemnification

18.1. Player agrees to indemnify The Casino, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of a Player's use of any content on the Site or from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct by yourself or any other person accessing the Site).

19. Legal Disclaimer

19.1. If you attempt to defraud the Casino, in any way, including, without limitation, through the use of credit cards or any other payment method, regardless of the outcome, or if you are found conducting criminal or suspicious activities in any way, then you will be reported.

20. Miscellaneous

20.1. The Casino's failure to enforce strict performance of a provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The Casino reserves the right to assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice.

21. Foreign Exchange

21.1. Normal Exchange Rules will apply to Players using credit cards to deposit funds into their Player Accounts. The amount charged is dependent on the type of credit card and it's particular dealings with Exchange Rates.

22. Refund & Cancellation Policy

22.1. Players who make a deposit to the casino account are under no obligation to play any games unless the Player has received a bonus and then Wagering requirements will apply. You may request a refund at any time by sending an email to support. Where /if possible the casino will cancel the transaction or refund directly to the credit card used to make the account deposit, but in some cases we may not be able to do this due to credit card processing regulations.

22.2. In the event that we are not able to cancel a transaction or refund directly to a credit card, a refund sent directly to a nominated bank account, or via check. Additionally NETeller or Click2Pay will be offered. Some verification from the cardholder may be required in the event that we are not able to refund directly to a card.

23. Country of Operation

23.1. The casino is licensed under the terms of Netherlands Antilles.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

24.1. These terms and conditions constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
